1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable once confirmed. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be
   processed.
2. In the event of cancellation or postponement, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded, booking fees
   are non-refundable.
3. Event Producers and Venue staff reserve the right to remove any guest for behavior deemed inappropriate or
   disruptive to the event.
4. Harassment and anti-social behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Guests must comply with all venue rules.
6. Patrons engaging in misconduct may be evicted at the discretion of the Event Producers.
7. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to ensure smooth entry.
8. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically at the discretion of the Producers.
